  1. What is a rotator?
A rotator is a group of sites that are promoted together. Each rotator has a rotator url that when visited will display one of the sites in the rotator (based on the rules set by the rotator owner). The advantage of a rotator is that you can promote multiple sites with one simple url.

  2. How many rotators can I create with TPM Rotator?
You can create as many rotators as you want. Whether you are a free member, or a PRO member, we don't limit you. Create as many as you want!

  3. How many sites can I have in each rotator?
You can add as many sites as you want to your rotators. Whether you are a free member, or a PRO member, we don't limit you. Add as many as you want!

  4. How do I make a rotator?
Log in to the members area and click on "Rotator Setup". Type the name you want for the new rotator into the box at the bottom of the Rotator List. Click on "Add". Your new notator should now show up in the list.

  5. How do I add sites to the rotator?
Log in to the members area and click on "Setup Rotators". Click on the rotator that you want to add the site to. Click on "Add Site" (at the bottom of the list of sites). Type in the Name, URL, and weight (see below for explanation) for the new site. Click on "Submit".

  6. What does weight mean?
The higher the weight, the more often that the site is shown (relative to the other sites in your rotator). A weight of 5 will show five times as often as a site with a weight of 1. A site with weight 10 will show twice as much as a site with weight 5 and ten times as much as a site with weight 1. A site with weight zero will not show at all.

  7. Where do I upgrade to PRO membership?
Simply click on "Member Info". If you are not a PRO member, you will see options that will let you upgrade.

  8. What does "Pending" mean?
When you earn or buy credits, they are worth one hit to any of your rotators. To make your sites acceptable to receive credits from us, you have to click the "Pending" link next to each site in your rotators. Once you confirm that a site is ok to receive hits from us, you can assign credits to the rotator that the confirmed sites are in. Please note that this will have no effect on whether or not people see the site when they visit your Rotator URL. All sites will always show when using the Rotator URL (unless the site is set to Weight=0).

  9. How do I buy credits?
Log into the members area. If you have enough AdBucks in your account, you can go directly to the "Use AdBucks" area of the site to buy credits with AdBucks. If you do not have enough AdBucks in your account, click on "Buy AdBucks" and you will be able to fund your account from PayPal or StormPay.

  10. How do I add a program to the downline builder?
First, you must be a PRO member. To add a new program, simply click on "Build Downline", scroll down to the bottom of the page, and follow the directions on the form.

  11. I found a site on the downline builder that no longer exists, how do I report it?
Simply click the "Report as inactive site" link on the bottom right of the description box for the offending site.
